When Marybeth envisioned this Clan Mother’s teachings, she imagined her in the wilderness beside a great lake. She has a spiritual knowing and tells the stories that were handed down through the carvings/painting in the petroglyphs and pictographs. These petroglyphs are etched deep by medicine people long ago. This Clan Mother is connected to the spiritual world and this is shown by the giant spiral that she holds above her.
